Herb Jello Flu Shots


A great way to get healing herbals into children and adults that do not like the taste:

1/4th box jello = approximately 22Gm

1/4th cup boiling water

1 oz tincture

1 oz cold water

Place jello powder in a small rectangular baking tin. (the small loaf that measures 2 1/2 X 4 1/2 works great for easy cutting and having equal amounts in each dose.

Pour boiling water over jello and stir for 2-3 minutes

Add the tincture and stir well.

Now add the cold water

Pour into pan or any other mold that you would like to use (you could use a small ice cube tray) You want 6 doses.

Once hardened cut into 6 equal portions of 5 ml each.

You can experiment with different flavors for different herbs.

For colds, flu, immune boost you could place elderberry, echinacea and a small amount of garlic tincture in cherry jello.

Other Immune Boosting Herbs: ginseng, bell peppers, cinnamon stick, ginger, turmeric, gingko biloba, astragalus and cat’s claw.

Mints such as peppermint and lemon balm are also anti-viral.
