Dispense 1-3 drops in the palm of your hand, inhale, apply to back and front of ear lobe, apply to the mastoid bone behind the affected ear, and to your neck on the affected side. You can place 1-2 drops on a cotton ball and sleep with the cotton ball in your ear.
